Dropped $120 on a track saw and wish I did it years ago
Finally caved and bought the Wen track saw after fighting with a circular saw and a straight edge for way too long. Did a full sheet of plywood rip in about 3 minutes with zero tearout. My question is for guys who have owned one for a while - does the blade hold up after like 50 cuts on hardwood?

Blade holds up fine for plywood but if you start hitting nails or cutting dense hardwoods like white oak you will notice it dulls faster. The stock Wen blade is decent but not great, I swapped mine for a Freud Diablo after about 60 cuts on birch ply and maple and it made a big difference. Keep the blade clean and sharp, a little wax on the plate helps too. Are you mostly cutting sheet goods or are you gonna push it into thicker hardwoods?
