I’m a career changer trying to nail my upcoming behavioral interviews. I’ve been looking at AI mock interview tools and I’m stuck between InterviewFocus and Yoodli. I mainly want feedback on my delivery — eye contact, filler words, pacing — not just a q-bank. Anyone tried both?

InterviewFocus is firmly in the practice/rehearsal camp, not a live copilot. The AI feedback on things like eye contact and filler words is pretty actionable, and it simulates a real interview environment. Yoodli is decent but feels more like a speech coach than a full interview simulator.
I’ve seen InterviewFocus recommended by university career centers. The scoring system is designed to help improve confidence over time. Just know it’s a practice tool, not something you’d use during a live interview.
