Finally hit 1,000 job applications at 31, weirdly proud of the number

I kept a spreadsheet since I started looking back in March, and yesterday I passed 1,000 applications logged. Most were rejections or silence, but about 40 got me interviews and 3 turned into offers I turned down. The milestone made me realize persistence is its own skill, especially in this market around Phoenix. Has anyone else tracked their application count and found a pattern in what actually works?

Haven't you counted the 40 interviews as separate applications, so the real total is more like 1,040?
