I used to think cold emails were spammy and a waste of time. Then last month I sat in on a session at the Columbus Career Hub where a recruiter from a mid-size logistics firm said she hires about 30% of her candidates from cold outreach that shows actual research. She showed one example where someone referenced her company's new warehouse tracking system and got a reply in 2 days. That made me rethink my whole stance, so now I'm drafting my first one this week. Has anyone else had luck with a specific cold email format or subject line?
