Took me 11 months to realize my resume was the problem, not my skills
I kept applying to nursing jobs in Austin for almost a year and got maybe 3 callbacks. Thought it was the market or my shift availability since I wanted nights. Then a friend who does hiring at Dell looked at my resume and pointed out it was a wall of tasks, not outcomes. Rewrote it in one weekend using bullet points about patient loads and readmissions, got 4 interviews in 3 weeks. Anyone else waste that long on the wrong fix before someone finally told you the real issue?
