The 10 minute 'tomorrow list' that fixed my Sunday dread
Every Sunday night I'd get that sinking feeling about Monday, so I started writing down just the first three tasks for the next day on a sticky note before I left the office. Last month I tried it during a slow week in Columbus, and it took maybe 10 minutes total. The key was picking tasks that take under 30 minutes each, not the big project stuff. Monday morning felt way less heavy because I wasn't staring at a blank calendar. Has anyone else tried a similar end-of-day ritual that actually stuck?

Wait, you left the office with a sticky note and then came back Monday to just 3 small tasks? That's honestly genius but also wild to me because I'd totally forget where I put the note by Monday morning. I've tried similar stuff but always end up rewriting the list at 7am anyway. Ten minutes on a Sunday though, that's real dedication.
