My boss in Denver mentioned she never reads cover letters longer than a paragraph
She said she looks for one clear skill match and a specific project mention, then moves on. Has anyone else found that keeping it super short actually works better?

Sounds like your boss just wants the SparkNotes version. Can't imagine a whole career coming down to one paragraph though.
