Just realized my old boss was right about something I fought him on for 2 years
He always told me to stop taking every single job that came in and focus on the higher paying ones. I thought he was just being greedy but I was bringing in too many small jobs that ate up my whole day for like $100 profit. Last month I finally tried his way and only took jobs over $400. I ended up making the same amount of money in half the time. Has anyone else had a boss give advice that you eventually saw was smart?
