Got offered a dispatch job at the same company I was driving for
Honestly, it was a tough call back in 2018. I could stay on the road in my rig, or take a desk job in the Omaha terminal. I picked the desk, thinking it would be easier on my family. Ngl, I missed the open road within six months, and the office politics drove me nuts. Has anyone else switched from a hands-on role to management and regretted it?

Wait, what move are you talking about, @nina147? I thought you said you regretted that last apartment.

Honestly, that place had a leak for like six months, @anna983.
