That 'turn off notifications' tip is so true. Once I was deep into a coding project and my phone kept blowing up with texts. I threw it in a drawer for like three hours and finally made progress. Felt kinda wild to disconnect but it worked.

Lock your phone in a drawer if you want to actually finish that project. It's sad (but true) how we have to trick ourselves into focusing by hiding our own gadgets. Guess we're all just prisoners to the ping these days.
