Finally got that project report done after a week of fighting with the data
I had to pull numbers from three different systems for a client in Phoenix and nothing matched up. Spent a full 8-hour day just trying to get the sales figures from our old CRM to line up with the new one. Has anyone else had to merge data from Salesforce and HubSpot, and how did you make it work?

Ever try to match up inventory counts from a warehouse spreadsheet with what the website says we have? I once found three different totals for the same product because someone was updating a local file instead of the shared drive. Total mess.

Oh, that's a classic problem but it's often the shared drive itself causing the issue. If people can still open and edit a file from the shared location, they might be saving a copy locally without realizing it. The real fix is using a proper system that only allows one person to update the numbers at a time. Otherwise, you're just hoping everyone follows the rules, and that never works.
