Cubicle tour at an insurance firm in Omaha changed how I look at resumes

I was in Omaha last month for a temp data entry gig and got a walk around their main floor. Everyone had a printed copy of a current project or a 3 bullet skill list on their desk instead of framed awards or degrees. Does anyone else tailor their resume to the actual room it gets reviewed in, or is that just me overthinking it?
