Can we talk about people using LinkedIn wrong?

I keep seeing folks posting novel-length stories about their "journey" on LinkedIn. Like a 2,000 word essay about how they found their passion. It's not a blog. Recruiters at my clinic in Phoenix don't have time to read that. Keep it short and direct, maybe 3 bullet points max. Has anyone else noticed this killing engagement?

Hits the same issue with people oversharing at the grocery store checkout line. Like you just want to pay for your milk and leave but someone's telling you their whole life story. Keep it simple, people.
