Can we talk about how I got 3 interviews in 2 weeks by pasting job posts into a Google Doc?
I kept getting filtered out by those resume scanners, so I started copying the whole job listing into a doc and highlighting every skill word the company used. Then I rewrote my bullet points to match their exact wording, and a recruiter in Denver told me my resume was the only clean match she saw all week. Has anyone else tried this, or is there a better way to get past the robots?
