Packed my whole camp kitchen in a 5 liter stuff sack and it actually worked
So I got tired of my old plastic tote full of pots and spatulas rattling around in the trunk, and last weekend before a trip to Moose River with my brother I decided to see how small I could get my whole cook setup. I laid everything out on the living room floor and just started stuffing. The two pot nesting set, the folding spatula, the little cutting mat, the spice bag, the scrubber, a lighter, and a small bottle of oil all went into one 5 liter stuff sack. I weighed it and the whole thing came in at 4 pounds 3 ounces, which is lighter than my old tote by about 2 pounds. It fit in the side pocket of my pack and I did not hear a single clank the whole drive up. At camp I had everything out and cooking in maybe 40 seconds, way faster than digging through the tote. Curious if anyone here has ditched the tote for a bag setup and what sack size you landed on, because 5 liters felt tight with the bigger pot.
