That one Tuesday where every CLA took under 40 minutes
Back in 2016 I had a day that still sticks with me. Three Canon FD bodies came in for routine cleaning, plus a beat-up Pentax Spotmatic that smelled like pipe smoke. Everything just cooperated. No frozen screws, no stripped threads, no fungus hiding under the prism. I had all four done by 2:30 PM and even rebuilt a stuck shutter button on an old Konica before closing. I remember telling my wife that night I felt like I forgot to do something. Usually I get one camera that fights me for two days, so that kind of streak has not repeated since. Has anyone else had a perfect repair day like that, or is it just a myth we tell each other to keep going?
