That one customer who watched me fix their shutter for 45 minutes straight

Last Tuesday this older guy brought in a Canon AE-1 that wouldn't fire past 1/1000, and instead of waiting in the lobby he just stood over my bench watching every screw I touched. He didn't ask questions or anything, just watched real quiet until I found a gummed up magnet actuator and cleaned it. Anyone else get folks who hover like that, and do you let them stay or ask them to back off?

Feel you on this one, some folks just can't help but hover. It's almost like they think if they stare hard enough the camera will fix itself faster, lol. I usually let em stay as long as they're not in my light, but I'll toss a joke their way to break the silence if it gets too weird.
