Why does nobody warn you that Medi-Cal renewal paperwork can just vanish in the portal
Uploaded my recertification docs for my kid on the BenefitsCal site back in April, and when I called last Tuesday the worker said nothing ever came through. Now I'm redoing the whole packet with a May 30 deadline and praying the mail version doesn't get lost too. Has anyone actually had luck faxing it to the Sacramento office instead?
