Thought the SDI phone line was hopeless, then a rep in Fresno fixed my claim in 12 minutes

I put off calling the EDD disability line for like 3 weeks because everyone says it's a black hole. Last Tuesday I finally dialed at 8am sharp, got a human named Marcos on the second try, and he spotted a missing form from my doctor's office that had been blocking everything. He even emailed me a direct link to resubmit instead of making me mail it. Has anyone else had a surprisingly good experience with a specific rep or office? I'm wondering if certain regional numbers work better than the main line.
