Shoutout to the DMV office in Fresno for the surprise wheelchair ramp saga
I went to the Fresno DMV office on Blackstone last Tuesday to renew my disabled parking placard, and I noticed the wheelchair ramp out front had a giant orange cone sitting on it. Turns out the automatic door button was broken, so this older guy in a chair had to sit there for almost 20 minutes while staff tried to find someone with a key. A worker eventually propped the door with a trash can, which felt very on brand. Has anyone else dealt with a broken accessible entrance at a state office, and did they actually fix it after you complained?
