Question about the SDI rep I talked to in Fresno
I had a call with a rep named Marie from the Fresno SDI office back in March. She told me to just keep submitting my doctor's notes even if they looked incomplete, and that the system would flag them anyway. Has anyone else gotten advice like that from a specific rep that turned out to be totally wrong?

Right? @morgan.mary totally nailed it. Marie told me the same thing - just submit whatever you got. So I did. Then three months later they denied my claim saying my notes were "insufficient documentation." I had to resubmit everything three times before someone finally told me the doc's signature was in the wrong spot. Super frustrating. I finally got a rep who walked me through exactly what needed to be on each page. That one call saved me like two months of back and forth.

Yeah that sounds like terrible advice, I just kept calling until I got a rep who actually knew the rules.

You ever get transferred to someone who sounds like they're reading a script from 1998? I had a buddy waste an hour on a call like that once, and the third rep fixed everything in five minutes.
