EDD keeps asking me to verify my identity even though I've done it 4 times already
I'm in San Diego and every time I file a new claim they put a hold on it and send me that ID verification form. I sent it in twice by mail and uploaded it online twice. Then they still want me to go to an office in person to show my ID. It's been 3 months since I first applied and still nothing. Has anyone actually had luck getting them to clear this without driving 40 miles?

Have you tried calling them on speakerphone and waiting on hold for 4 hours?
