EDD call center gave me wrong info 3 times in a week

I spent 5 hours on hold last Tuesday trying to fix my SDI claim after they said my doctor's form was missing. The first agent told me to resubmit online. Then a supervisor said I had to mail it in. Third call said both were wrong and I needed a paper form from their office. By the time I got it sorted, my payment was delayed 14 days. Anyone else get bounced between agents like this?

Three agents gave me three different answers on my PFL claim last month, drove me crazy.

Three different answers in one week sounds about right honestly. Their system is a total mess. I had a similar issue last year where one agent told me my claim was approved and the next said it was denied because I missed a deadline that didn't even exist yet. Took me six calls to get a straight answer on my paid family leave claim. Finally found a clerk who actually looked at my file instead of guessing from a script. She fixed everything in like ten minutes. The real problem is nobody wants to take ownership. They just read whatever pops up on their screen without checking if it's actually current.
