Can we talk about how I filed my EDD disability claim by fax for 3 years before trying the SDI portal online
I used to print out the DE 2501 form, drive to the Sacramento office on Broadway, and wait in line just to hand it over. Then in January a rep on the phone mentioned I could upload everything through the SDI Online portal and it took me 20 minutes instead of half my day. The only catch is you have to register first and they mail you a PIN, which took about 5 days. Has anyone else had issues with the online system not saving a partial claim, or is that just me?

Did you hear the portal logs you out after 15 min?
