Appreciation post: the EDD phone rep in Fresno who actually fixed my claim
I got a letter saying I owed $1,400 back and I was ready to just pay it. Then a rep in Fresno spent 40 minutes on the line and found the error was theirs from day one. Has anyone else gotten a surprise overpayment notice and fought it?

Surprise notice, yeah. But they don't always find their own mistake.
