Pro tip: the guy at the laundromat on 8th gave me his spare dryer sheet box and it stuck with me
I was digging for quarters at the coin machine on 8th and Vine about a month ago when a guy folding towels next to me just slid his box of dryer sheets over and said "take a few, I got a hundred." I only needed one load done, but he ended up tossing in a whole stack of hangers too because mine kept bending. What got me was that he didn't want anything back, he just said the laundromat is easier when everybody shares the little stuff. Now I keep my extra hangers in a bag by the machine for whoever needs them. Anyone else got a spot where people just leave free stuff out for each other?
