My uncle's 30-year-old Coleman cooler made me question my whole buying habit
He just casually mentioned he bought it for $35 back in 1992 and it still holds ice for 4 days, while I'm on my third cooler in 10 years because each one cracked or lost the latch. Why am I paying $150 for something that's apparently worse than what he grabbed off a clearance rack?
