The brisket that fought back and won last Tuesday

I was trimming a 14 pound brisket at my shop in Tulsa and the fat cap slipped so hard it slapped me right across the face, leaving a grease mark that a customer thought was a tattoo, and I swear the whole counter heard it, so has anyone else ever been smacked by a cut you were working on or was I just unlucky that morning?
