Warning: I spent 2 years using the wrong size notebook

I kept seeing everyone rave about A5 notebooks for bullet journaling, so I forced myself to use one for 2 years. Then I tried a B6 at a local craft fair and realized I was fighting too much empty space on every page, not being creative. Has anyone else stuck with a size that just didn't click for them?

Different strokes for different folks. I actually liked the empty space in my A5, gave me room to spread out sketches and notes without feeling cramped. Sounds like you found what works for you, and that's what matters.

Had a buddy who bought a Field Notes just for his daily to-do lists and hated how much blank space was on each page. He started doodling little cartoons in the margins to fill it up, now he's got this whole comic strip going. Ended up scanning the pages and making a zine out of them. So yeah, @evan_jenkins, you're right that the empty space can be a feature not a bug. Funny how something like that can spark a whole creative side hustle you never planned on.
