Serious question, has anyone had their next page seeping through on the Midori MD?

I switched to the Midori MD cotton paper about 2 months ago because I heard it was great with fountain pens. But I just flipped to a spread from last week and the ink from the other side is showing through on 3 of my daily logs. I use a Pilot Metropolitan with Waterman ink, nothing crazy wet. What paper are you all using that can actually handle a fine nib without ghosting?

I used to think Midori MD was the holy grail for fountain pens, but after a month with the cotton version I'm seeing the same ghosting you are with my Lamy fine nib. The bleed through isn't terrible but it's definitely there, which is disappointing for the price. Switched to a Kokuyo Campus notebook and haven't looked back since, no ghosting at all with the same ink.

Wait, is Kokuyo Campus really that much better? I've been eyeing those but figured they were just standard school paper.
