PSA: My bullet journal saved me during a power outage at a coffee shop in Portland
I was at this little coffee shop in Portland last month when the power went out. Everything went dark and quiet, and people started panicking about losing their work. I pulled out my bullet journal because I had been tracking my daily tasks and project notes in it. Turns out, I had written down the Wi-Fi password and my to-do list for that week, so I could still figure out what to do. The barista even asked to borrow a pen and paper from my journal to write orders by hand. It made me realize how handy a physical notebook is when electronics fail. Has anyone else had their bullet journal come through for them in a weird emergency?

Man my bullet journal would probably just have doodles of sad coffee cups and a grocery list from 3 months ago. Guess I'd be SOL in that situation.

@wendy_park76 actually grocery lists count, those are pretty useful to have on hand.
