Pro tip: I switched from a daily to-do list to a weekly task pool in my bullet journal
For about two months, I wrote out a fresh list of tasks every single morning. It felt busy but not productive. Last month, I started a new spread where I just dump all my tasks for the week into one big box on Sunday. Each morning, I pick 2-3 from the pool to focus on. The difference is huge. I'm not rewriting the same undone tasks, and I feel less pressure because the whole list isn't staring at me daily. Has anyone else moved away from daily lists? What other weekly setups work for you?

Weekly pool is the only way I get stuff done.

Interesting how different it works for people. Found that weekly pool just lets me put off the hard stuff until Friday. Daily check-ins, even small ones, keep the wheels from falling off.

Switched to a weekly pool last year and it saved my sanity. That daily rewrite was just shame with extra steps.
