My weekly spread was a mess until I tried a simple color code

I kept mixing up work tasks, personal stuff, and random notes on my weekly page. Last month, I bought a cheap 3-pack of Zebra Mildliners in blue, green, and gray. Now I use blue for work, green for home, and gray for notes. It sounds small, but seeing the color blocks at a glance keeps me from missing things. Anyone else use a basic color system that actually stuck?

Nice. I tried something similar with highlighters a while back. That visual separation really does stop your brain from glazing over everything. Simple fixes are usually the best ones.

Yeah @john_garcia, I still use that highlighter trick on dense reports for the exact same reason.
