@charles919 did the double booking happen because you trusted the app to send reminders or just forgot to check it? Curious if the notebook method works better since it forces you to physically write things down each day. Hard to ignore a date when you've penned it in yourself.

Told myself I'd just use my calendar app but ended up having two client meetings at the same time last month. Total mess. Your notebook idea sounds way smarter than what I was doing.
