My entire weekly spread got wrecked by a leaky pen

I was setting up my journal for next week on Sunday night, you know, the usual routine. I had just finished a really nice header with my favorite Pilot G2 (the 0.7 mm one) and went to grab a coffee. Came back five minutes later and the ink had bled through to the next three pages. It looked like a tiny blue explosion. I had to carefully cut those pages out with a craft knife, which messed up my page numbering for the whole month. Has anyone found a good pen that really doesn't ghost on thinner paper?

Cut out three whole pages with a craft knife? That's some serious dedication.

Serious dedication or just being too stubborn to start over, right? I've been in that exact spot and honestly the most satisfying fix was just cutting out the bad page, gluing in a fresh piece of paper, and writing the whole thing over. You end up with a cleaner result and way less regret than leaving a lumpy ink blob staring back at you.

What's the over/under on me doing something like that and just living with the ink blob? I'd probably just draw a sad face next to it and call it art, lmao. My problem-solving skills are not that sharp.
