It took me 11 days to figure out why my October weekly spread kept falling apart
I started setting up weekly spreads back in September and by the third week the whole thing was a mess of cross outs and arrows pointing nowhere. Turns out I was drawing the grid before counting how many days actually had events, so a 5 row layout kept running into the bottom of the page mid week. I finally sat down with a ruler at my kitchen table in Columbus and counted out 7 rows at 0.5 inches each, which is dumb simple but it worked. Now I sketch the dates in pencil first and only ink them after the week is over, which feels backwards but saves me from ripping pages out. Does anyone else build the spread around their busiest day instead of starting with Monday?
