Ditched my daily mood tracker after 6 months of frustration in Nashville
I used to draw a whole color-coded mood chart every morning, thinking it would help me spot patterns. But I kept forgetting to fill it in by the end of the day and the rainbow looked more like a mess. Now I just jot down one word or a short phrase for my overall feeling when I do my nightly review. Has anyone else found a simpler way to track emotions without it turning into a chore?

Did your wrists hurt too? My friend Jess tried one of those meal kit services and was all in for like three days. She was chopping onions and crying, and then she burned her hand on the pan. By Saturday she just ordered pizza and shoved the boxes in the back of the fridge. Never touched the rest of the ingredients.
