Traded my $40 monthly planner habit for a free notes app on my phone
I used to spend like $40 every January on those fancy leather planners with the elastic band. Filled them out for two weeks tops. Then last March I was at a coffee shop in Austin and this guy next to me was ranting about how he wasted $60 on a "productivity system" journal. It hit me. I had five half-used planners in my closet. Switched to Google Keep same day. Haven't touched paper since. Anyone else ditch physical planners for something digital and actually stick with it?

Honestly the key is just picking one simple app and sticking with it no matter what, even if it's ugly. Tbh Google Keep is perfect because it's so basic you can't overthink it.

Didn't someone say paper planners make you feel productive without actually being productive?
