My bank statement showed me I was paying $7.99 a month for a music app I forgot about in 2022
I was going through my checking account last Tuesday and found a tiny charge from a streaming service I signed up for during a free trial back in 2022. That is $7.99 a month for almost two years, which adds up to around $190 for something I never even open. I sat down with a notebook and wrote out every little subscription I could find, and the total came to $47 a month in stuff I barely use. Has anyone else done a subscription sweep recently, and did you just cancel them or call the company to ask for a refund?
