Found a laptop priced way too low and bought it, but the guilt is kicking in

So, I had this $1000 set aside in my tech budget for a new laptop, and I was browsing online last night when I stumbled on a store listing it for only $500. I didn't think twice and bought it, felt like a total budgeting win. But this morning, I checked other sites and the same model is everywhere for double the price, so it's clearly a mistake. Now I'm stuck because part of me is thrilled I saved half my budget, and that money could go toward my car payment. But then I keep imagining some employee getting yelled at or even fired over this glitch, which makes me feel pretty bad. It's like, where's the line between being smart with money and taking advantage of someone's error? Have you guys ever faced something like this? I'm curious how others would handle it.

Feel guilty enough to call and ask?

Actually, in my experience running a small cleaning business, even little mistakes can really hurt.

Honestly that's a tough spot. Saving that much feels amazing but picturing someone getting chewed out over it would bug me too. Maybe just contact the store and ask if the price was correct? If they honor it, great, and if not you can decide if you wanna keep it.

Called about a mispriced grill once and they thanked me for it. Felt good to clear the air.

But worrying about someone getting chewed out seems over the top to me. Stores build in room for mistakes like wrong prices all the time. I'd just keep the item and not stress over it.

Does @the_taylor have a point that it's not a big deal?
