That friend who told me to book flights on Tuesday at 2am

My buddy Mark swore flights were cheapest at 2am on Tuesdays. I woke up at 1:45am three weeks ago to book a Denver to Portland trip. Price was $187, same as it was at noon on Wednesday. Has anyone actually seen this work or is it just something people repeat?

Nah, for real? I always thought there was some secret to the Tuesday thing but you just proved it's bogus. Guess I can sleep in now instead of setting alarms for nothing.
