Slept in a airport lounge chair in Denver to save $90, woke up to a janitor mopping around me

I thought paying for a hostel near DIA was the only way to rest during my 9 hour layover, but after finding a quiet corner by gate B52 and using my backpack as a pillow, I got 3 solid hours until the cleaning crew rolled through at 5am, has anyone else made a weird spot work for an overnight?

Respect the hustle but hard disagree on this one. Airport floors are nasty, you got lucky the janitor didn't wake you with the mop bucket slosh. I'd rather drop the $90 and get a real bed, even if it's just a hostel bunk. Your back is gonna hate you tomorrow, and 3 hours of shallow sleep isn't worth saving that cash. Paying for rest is paying for your own sanity on a layover like that.
