The farmers market in Portland changed how I meal plan
I went to the Portland Saturday market last month and saw a guy selling bags of ugly veggies for $5. I bought one and got 8 bell peppers, 3 eggplants, and a bunch of kale that wouldve cost $20 at the store. Has anyone else found a way to make use of weird shaped produce without breaking the bank?

I bought one of those ugly veggie bags once and honestly half the stuff went bad in like 2 days because it was already on its way out. $5 is cheap but it's only a good deal if you can use it all before it rots.
