The $5 rotisserie chicken trick a guy in line at Costco told me about
I was behind this older guy at the Costco in Reno last week and he had four rotisserie chickens in his cart, so I asked if he was feeding a crowd. He said nope, just him and his wife, and that he pulls all the meat off, bags it, and freezes it because it's cheaper per pound than raw chicken right now. I've been buying raw thighs this whole time, so now I'm wondering, does anyone else do this and how long does the pulled meat actually keep in the freezer before it gets weird?
