My truck cab cooking routine needs a refresh
I have a single burner and a small cooler for food. Looking for meals that are easy to make and won't cost a lot. What do you folks cook in tight spaces?

Heard about this from a blog on cheap road meals. @james_barnes has a good point with tuna ramen, that's a classic for a reason. I sometimes do instant rice with a can of chili, heats up fast in one pot. If you prep some hard boiled eggs in the cooler, they add protein to anything. Just gotta keep it simple so you don't end up with a mess in the cab.
