My slow cooker changed how I make cheap meals

I used to buy those $5 frozen dinners for work lunches, but my friend in Denver gave me her old Crock Pot last year. Now I make a big batch of bean chili for about $8 that lasts me all week. What's your favorite cheap thing to cook in a slow cooker?
