My mother in law told me I was ruining my cast iron pan
She saw me scrubbing it with soap and a scrub brush, then chewed me out for ten minutes about how I was stripping the seasoning. Now I just use hot water and a stiff spatula to scrape it clean, and my eggs slide right off without sticking - anyone else get called out by family for their cooking habits?
