My $2 kale bunch sat in the fridge for 9 days before I finally blanched it
I always threw out wilted greens until Tuesday when I watched a cooking show that said to flash boil them for 60 seconds and freeze, so I tried it with that sad kale from Aldi and it actually worked, has anyone else saved a dying bag of spinach this way?
