Am I the only one who was rinsing rice like 5 times before cooking it
My aunt from Guangzhou watched me do it at her house last month and asked why I was washing away all the flavor. She does two quick rinses, and her rice tastes way better than mine ever did. Anyone else grow up thinking you had to rinse until the water ran clear?
