Always thought dry beans were a hassle until last week

I used to skip dry beans because the soaking seemed like too much work. My friend showed me how to prep them on a Sunday for the whole week. I made a simple bean and rice bowl that cost pennies per serving. It was actually tasty and kept me full. Now I see how easy and cheap it is to eat well.

That Sunday prep trick is a game changer, I'm stealing that. What's your actual move, do you soak a big batch and then cook them all on Sunday, or just soak and fridge them to cook each night? I'm lazy so I'd need the full "cook once, eat all week" breakdown. My version of meal prep is staring into the fridge and hoping something becomes edible.

Oh yeah I saw some guy online who soaks them overnight then cooks the whole batch in a slow cooker on Sunday. Lets you just grab them ready to go all week.
